The translator for Vol. 4 is listed as Peach, which marks the third change in translator for the series. Vol. 3 was translated by Ann C., and Vols. 1 & 2 were translated and edited by Juurensha and Divetus respectively. Juurensha and Divetus previously produced a popular fan translation for Guide, which initially led Hai Tang to reach out about working on the official publication; however, Hai Tang and the original team parted ways after a contentious split in Aug 2025.
Guide on How to Fail at Online Dating Vol. 4’s Retail Set is priced at $21.99 USD, and the Bundle Set is priced at $34.99 USD. Both sets come with a variety of freebies. The Retail Set includes a game ID card, a holographic sticker, a character info card, and a printed signature card from the series author. The Bundle Set includes all items from the Retail Set, and adds a 5″ character standee. Book preorders will also have a special metallic edge finish which will not be offered on reprints.
