As part of their “Yuri V-Day Wonderful Wednesday” event, publisher Seven Seas Entertainment announced that they would be releasing future baihe titles under a new label, Seven Seas Baihe.

Seven Seas Baihe will likely be a counterpart to the company’s current Seven Seas Danmei label, which is marked by a special Danmei logo on the back of the novels and its own dedicated website.
SevenSeasBaihe.com currently leads to the baihe tag on their main website, showing The Beauty’s Blade.
Along with the post on social media was a short video to showcase the label’s logo, along with the following text:

No new baihe licenses were announced, leaving fans to wonder which titles would be coming later, including the hope of personal favorites and even those currently in limbo with publisher Monogatari Novels.
Publisher Rosmei previously announced multiple baihe licenses, and recently offered a video preview of their upcoming first volume of At the World’s Mercy, which releases in March.
At time of writing, Seven Sea’s baihe label announcement post on Twitter/X has hit just shy of 1000 RTs and 2700 Likes in two hours, easily rivaling and even surpassing the response to many of their actual licenses.
On November 11, 2025, Seven Seas Entertainment published the single-volume baihe, The Beauty’s Blade: Mei Ren Jian. This was the first baihe novel to be officially translated and printed in English. Seven Seas cites the support of this novel as the reason behind the new label. The publisher already showed faith in the genre’s fandom when it released a variant cover of the same book in partnership with Crunchyroll.
