Rosmei announced the upcoming launch of their international sales platform, which will allow non-Singapore buyers to purchase some of the publisher’s titles directly from the source.

Rosmei International Site Is On the Way—and We Need Your Participation!
We’re excited to share that, with our globally licensed/multi-region licensed titles soon surpassing 10 published works, the international site we’ve been preparing for a year will officially enter trial operation this Christmas!
The initial operations of the international site will include:
1. Multi-region trial ordering for selected Rosmei titles with global or multi-region licenses.
Please note:
Certain platform-licensed works are not included:All works licensed from JJWXC are excluded;
How to Survive as a Villain (licensed from Shubl) is also excluded.However, we have been working closely with Publang and have obtained the U.S. regional license for this title. Starting in 2027, we will collaborate with Publang to promote both physical and digital editions. As for broader e-book distribution, business negotiations are still ongoing, and a separate announcement will be made in the future.
2. Orders outside Singapore will be shipped via international mail.
Due to limited resources, the trial run will not be able to cover all countries—thank you for your understanding.
During the trial period, Rosmei may adjust operational methods as needed. After we gain more experience, we will gradually expand the list of covered countries and shipping regions.
If you have any suggestions, you are welcome to comment or email us. While we may not be able to reply to everyone individually, all relevant suggestions will be forwarded to the responsible Rosmei team members.
3. Because we will be using international mail, postage may not be inexpensive. However, the average cost per book decreases as your order size increases—similar to managing your own group order.
Based on our experience, placing an order of around 5 kg (approximately 8 paperbacks or 6 hardcovers) provides more cost-effective shipping. Heavier parcels will offer an even lower per-kilogram rate.
4. If you would like your country to be added to our shipping coverage, you may leave a comment on this post or email us.
Although we may not be able to include your region during the trial phase, we will give priority consideration to submitted regions when expanding coverage in the future.
Founded in March 2022 and officially entering English-language publishing in May 2023, Rosmei’s progress has only been possible thanks to the support of our readers. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to send them to us. While we cannot promise that every suggestion will be implemented, our responsible team members will carefully review and consider each one.
What Titles (Probably) Won’t Be Available through the Rosmei International Site?
In their announcement, Rosmei explicitly states that their licenses from JJWXC will not be available for direct purchase on the international site.
The announcement states that negotiations for U.S. distribution rights for How to Survive as a Villain are ongoing, and are expected to conclude in 2027. Until then, How to Survive as a Villain will not be available for direct purchase on the international site.

Rosmei usually chooses to only purchase English-language distribution rights for the Singapore region, and they are only legally permitted to sell direct-to-buyer within Singapore for series they have acquired in this manner. This is why their books are not available for purchase at North American retailers such Barnes & Noble, Indigo/Chapters, or Amazon, and also why they are not permitted to sell many of them through their upcoming international site.
What Titles Might Be Available?
The publisher’s announcement did not explicitly name titles that will be available on their global shopfront. For a given series to be eligible, it requires Rosmei to have purchased the global/multi-region license rights.
If only JJWXC works (and How to Survive as a Villain, licensed from Shubl) are excluded as per Rosmei’s announcement, the below series could potentially be available for direct sale to buyers.
