Artist Gravity Dusty provides the interior B&W illustrations for this single-volume work. The release notably comes in two editions with unique cover art; the internal illustrations remain the same across both. The edition that will be available for sale across most retailers has cover art by Xiao Tong Kong, also known as Velinxi; who also did the covers and interior illustrations for Seven Seas’ release of The Scum Villain’s Self-Saving System. There will also be an exclusive limited edition release with cover art by interior illustrator Gravity Dusty; this edition will be only available for purchase through Crunchyroll’s online store, and will be printed in limited quantities. It will not be available for purchase again after stock is sold out.
Already known for its danmei works, Seven Seas originally announced their license for the series in October 2024. The Beauty’s Blade is their first baihe, though their extensive catalogue of Japanese yuri series indicates they would likely be open to licensing more if the sales returns are promising.
