Seven Seas revealed the cover for Volume Two of Joyful Reunion, an upcoming danmei novel series by Fei Tian Ye Xiang. The cover is provided by returning artist Porridge, who is also the cover artist for Seven Seas’ release of Copper Coins. From Vol. 2 onward, interior illustrations are provided by artist Ruthie (Twitter/X, Bluesky); who is also the artist for Seven Seas’ release of Legend of Exorcism.
The confirmation that Vol. 2 would still be coming out on its previously announced September release surprised some fans in social media comments, as Vol. 1’s release was recently delayed from June 17 to August 5. However, other fans were encouraged by Seven Seas’ commitment to fulfilling their promised release dates, rather than letting a single volume’s delay cause a spiraling domino effect on other books in the series.
